Anyone with a passion for teaching, relevant professional experience, and a desire to make an impact through learning is welcome to apply. While prior facilitation experience is highly preferred, it’s not required—we do require specific skills (e.g., effective communication, emotional intelligence, cultural competence, time management, etc.) to be considered for the instructor certification opportunities.

The process includes completing our Instructor Certification Program, which covers curriculum mastery, facilitation techniques, learner engagement strategies, and assessment practices. Candidates will also participate in a teach-back session to demonstrate their readiness to lead.

Certified instructors gain access to our proprietary course materials, facilitation tools, and ongoing support. You’ll also be part of a growing faculty network and may receive paid opportunities to teach official courses on behalf of Proverbs University—virtually or in person.

Yes. To maintain your certified status, you’ll need to complete an annual refresher or continuing education module and uphold our facilitation standards. This ensures consistency, excellence, and alignment with our evolving curriculum.

Yes, with some guardrails. Certified instructors may offer Proverbs University courses independently, provided they adhere to our licensing agreement and maintain their certification status. This creates flexibility for those who wish to deliver training under their own brand while staying connected to our ecosystem.
