The Corporate Training certification is designed for Human Resources professionals, corporate trainers, and learning and development professionals who are seeking certification to enhance their skills in instructional design, training delivery, and employee development.

The Talent Management Strategy certification is designed for Talent acquisition professionals, HR practitioners involved in recruitment and talent development, and organizational development specialists who aim to acquire comprehensive expertise in talent management strategies, recruitment practices, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
