OUR APPROACH 

We believe that instructional design is not just about creating effective training programs, but also about making sure those programs are engaging and enjoyable. That said, we've created the Proverbs Adult Learning Design Theory (or the P.A.L.D. Theory) to keep our students engaged throughout the learning journey. We are confident this unique approach will keep our students focused on the end goal of becoming a certified practitioner in their preferred area of study.
